"The workshops we are accessing are to support a project we are working on. We are a registered charity, I attended a workshop here in Telford organized through the Local Chamber of Commerce, and delivered by one of your colleagues.

We then bought the same workshop in, for the rest of our staff, and hence became aware of your on line workshops.

Our project is about supporting the voluntary sector to become more internet savvy, particularly regarding fund raising. However, this is also a new area of work for us, so there is a lot of research involved as to what “training” is out there, and ways of accessing it.

I am encouraging other members of the team to access the workshops, that I think will help them understand more about making our web site etc work for us.

The two I have accessed so far, are easy to understand, clear, and do not require a computer head. I understand why it is worth doing these things, ie the analytics. The Pay Per Click, we can get for free as a charity, under Google Grants.

With the Government promoting Social Enterprise, these skills will become more necessary.
